Congratulations to all of our prize winners who collected various Cups, Salvers and other personal awards at our Christmas Lunch on Saturday. In addition, and on display for presentation were sixteen fantastically wrapped Christmas Hampers and five highly valued Super Sunday vouchers for the golf shop.
Both Joe Heavey and Alban Lawless received replica Knightsbrook GC flags for their recent Hole in Ones. Kyle Byrne won a smart looking Golf Bag in our Junior Raffle. Twenty members won prizes to the value of e100.00 in our annual (2s) draw. And our Salver winners were presented with various awards for their excellent performances during the year. Although the golf was cancelled due to the bitterly cold weather conditions we had over 100 “Merry” members in attendance at our lunch and between everyone, we generously collected for donation, over e650.00 euro for a worthy local charity.
Club Captain’s, Jodie and Seamus proudly thanked club members, sponsors, their Committees and all of the staff in Knightsbrook for their continued goodwill, support and assistance throughout the year in the club. In closing everyone in attendance was wished a peaceful Christmas and a Happy New Year.
