Lady Captain Angela and Captain, Sean drove in in style on Saturday March 10th. both captains wished all members the best of luck for the golfing year and remembered the late Malachy Venney in a moment’s silent prayer. They arrived by horse and carriage and were watched by a large group of members as they drove in to office. Both captains planted a tree before the ceremonial Drive In. Angela drove the ball straight down the middle of the fairway, while Seán’s drive was somewhat explosive! (see photos)
