Knightsbrook Golf Club Captain Richard Wheeler and Lady Captain, Marie Gordon arrive for their Drive-In at Knightsbrook Golf Club in 1967 VW camper van to mark the beginning of the 2020 golfing year at the club. Their drivers were delivered in a special envelope designed and made by Trimfold LTD the local very successful envelope company, where Richard works and which is also a generous sponsor of the club. (Photo gallery of the day to follow). The Drive-In was a great success and a large number of members took part in the restricted activities to mark the occasion. Refreshments were provided by Mr Peter Igoe. Members of Richard’s and Marie’s family were present to see two flawless drives by the captains. Lunch was cancelled due to recent restrictions on gatherings of more than 100 people. We wish Marie and richard a very successful golfing year.
