Captain’s Prize Day is fast approaching, Members wish our Captain and all members the very best of luck. This year’s competition promises to be a very exciting 2 days of golf and we hope mother nature will be on our side!!
The Captain’s prize will be played over 2 days, August 13th and August 19th.
This year, the club is running a book on the Captain’s Prize, on day one. Members can place up to €10 on a golfer to win. Envelopes will be available beside the computer. Make sure to put your own name on the envelope as well as the golfer you are backing.
In addition to the main prizes, we will also have:
- Blue line on 12
- Nearest the pin on 18th
- Visitor’s Prize
- Past Captains’ Prize
Past Captains attending to bring along their blazers on the 19th for a photograph. The Captain encourages as many members and partners as possible to attend the Captain’s Dinner on 19th August. It promises to be a great night Music is by Roughwater from 10 pm, followed by DJ ‘til late.
Please note that dinner, prizegiving and Captain’s address will start at 7.30 pm sharp.
