Damian McDonnell Memorial Open.

Knightsbrook Golf Club Men’s Committee, in conjunction with Shannon Golf Club, will hold The Damian McDonnell Memorial Open Day on July 10th to honour the memory of Damian who served the club with distinction as a committee member, Honorary Secretary, Vice Captain and Captain (2019). Damian had a long association with Shannon Golf Club where his dad, Des is an active member. The timesheet for the day will run during men’s members’ time in the morning and from 2.40 in the afternoon. The entry fee will be €30 with all proceeds going to The Marie Keating Foundation and Shannon St Vincent de Paul, charities nominated by the McDonnell family. Several sponsors have offered to be associated with the event, which will be listed on the day.
