The AGM of Knightsbrook Men’s Golf Club will be held on Monday 15th December 2014 at 8 PM in the clubhouse.
Associated documentation for the AGM will be issued on or before Monday 1st December 2014.
Members are advised that notices of motions (within the remit of the men’s club) “duly proposed and seconded by any member(s) having voting rights at the meeting must reach the Honorary Secretary in writing” (Rule 12 (e)(iv)(v)) or by email to honsecknightsbrook@gmail.com on or before Friday 28th November at 8 p.m. in accordance with Rule 12 (e)(iv)(v) “at least 14 days before the date of the annual general meeting to allow them to be posted in the clubhouse for at least 72 hours prior to the AGM”.
Nominations for Officers and Men’s Club Committee Members, “duly proposed and seconded by any member(s) having voting rights at the meeting must reach the Honorary Secretary in writing” (Rule 12 (e)(iv)(v)) or by email to honsecknightsbrook@gmail.com on or before Friday 28th November at 8 p.m. in accordance with Rule 12 (e)(iv)(v) “at least 14 days before the date of the annual general meeting to allow them to be posted in the clubhouse for at least 72 hours prior to the AGM”.
Please verify in advance of nomination that the proposed member is willing to serve on committee if elected.
