The Knightsbrook Men’s Club Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday, 13th December 2021 at 8 pm.

Written notice of motions within the competency of the Men’s Club, should be proposed and seconded by members who have voting rights at the meeting. Nominations for Officers and Men’s Committee members, again duly proposed and seconded by members having voting rights, should be given to the Men’s Honorary Secretary in writing or by email before the closing date of Friday, 26^th November at 6 pm (at least 14 days before the date of the annual general meeting) to allow them to be posted in the clubhouse for at least 72 hours prior to the annual general meeting.
