Captain’s Prize 2020

Congratulations to Glenn Bryan who won Richard Wheeler’s 2020 Captain’s Prize on Saturday 22nd of August. Great credit is due to Captain Richard for the way in which his big day was managed despite the COVID 19 restrictions. Members turned out in big numbers to celebrate the most important day in the golfing year calendar. Richard was joined by his family and some of the Captain’s Prize Day winners including Glenn Bryan and Jodie Coughlan, winner of Captain’s prize to the ladies. Richard enjoyed a game of golf with his father, Richard, senior, an avid and competent golfer himself. Members enjoyed an appropriately social distanced meal and drink after the golf and winners were announced. The presentation of prizes will take place at a later date.
