Our Junior club hosted junior golfers from Rathcore GC, last Saturday afternoon, April 28th in Knightsbrook GC in a Junior Scramble 5 Hole Competition for Ages 10+.

This competition was a great success. The good weather made for perfect playing conditions and everyone enjoyed the course. The feedback from junior members, parents and our visitors was overwhelmingly positive.

The team five hole scramble was a success, getting around relatively quickly. We finished on the course before 7pm and then food in the hotel for everyone. It was a very sociable evening. The Committee members deserve a lot of credit for the  amount of work involved in having the evening go so well.

A return fixture is to be organised with Rathcore GC in a months time.
